Who your contracting party is when you buy

Subscriptions to Sorted are sold to you by Paddle.com Market Ltd., 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom (“Paddle”), as reseller and merchant of record. The purchase contract for your subscription is concluded with Paddle, which is why you send any withdrawal to Paddle. The purchase is governed by Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy. The use of the software is governed by our Terms of Use.

You have the following right of withdrawal if you buy the subscription as a consumer, that is, mainly for private purposes.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd., 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

How to withdraw via Paddle

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, Paddle shall reimburse to you all payments that Paddle has received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which Paddle received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. Paddle will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform Paddle of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The service only begins before the end of the withdrawal period if you expressly agree to this when you buy. You can then use Sorted immediately after the purchase, and the following rules apply.

In the case of a contract for digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as performance has begun, after you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and you have received a confirmation of the contract. In the case of a contract for services, the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully performed and performance only began after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

The right of withdrawal applies to the first purchase of a subscription. You can cancel later renewals, monthly or yearly, at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, as described in the Terms of Use. The free trial of Sorted is not a purchase and does not require a withdrawal.
