Prices in euros, including VAT. Payment and invoicing run through our reseller Paddle. The yearly plan can be canceled for the end of the year, the monthly plan any month. Plus Gemini costs depending on volume, billed by Google: about €0.70 per 1,000 files. You see the estimate before every run.
Can I try Sorted first?
Yes, with the demo. After connecting Google you sort 25 photos or videos with all Pro features, without payment details. Gemini is billed to your own key directly by Google, which for 25 files comes to a few cents.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only the price and the term. Yearly you pay 20% less: Sorted costs €96 instead of €120 a year, Pro €192 instead of €240. You pay the twelve months up front.
How much does Gemini cost on top?
That depends on how much content you sort. Gemini only sees a small thumbnail of each file. Based on Google's price list for Gemini Flash Lite that is about €0.70 per 1,000 files. Before every run Sorted shows you the estimated cost.
Why do I pay for Gemini separately?
We are content creators and agency owners ourselves. Instead of an expensive membership with AI costs baked in, we wanted to be fair: you pay us for the tool, and Google bills Gemini to you directly, exactly for what you use and with no markup from us. Gemini is very cheap, about €0.70 per 1,000 files. Before every run you see the estimated cost, and the app always shows roughly what you have spent so far.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
Payment runs through our reseller Paddle. Paddle handles the payment, calculates VAT and emails you the invoice. We never see your payment details.
Can I switch to Pro later?
Yes, any time in the app. Paddle bills the rest of the current period pro rata, and Pro is unlocked right away.
How do I cancel?
In the app under “Abo verwalten” (manage plan), which opens Paddle's customer portal. The monthly plan ends at the end of the month, the yearly plan at the end of the year. Your sorted folders stay in your Drive.
